International Migrants Day
The International Platform for Cooperation and Migration (PICM / IPCM) wants to make public that
1. The IPCM joins the celebration of International Migrants Day, on December 18, established by the United Nations.
2. The IPCM is deeply concerned about the situation at some points on the external border of the European Union. In particular, we are attentive to the situation on the border between Poland and Belarus, and between Hungary and Serbia. Many migrants are victims of human trafficking networks and political pressure. The situation is truly dramatic.

Chilean researcher Guillermo Sandoval visited the Universitat Abat Oliba CEU in Barcelona and held a discussion on the current situation in Latin America.
Trento: Eza-Unaie Conference 2021
Friday 5, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 November Levico Terme (Trento, Italy) hosted the conference "The mobility of workers in Europe after (during) the pandemic", promoted by UNAIE (National Union of Associations of Immigrants and Emigrants) and EZA (Europäisches Zentrum für Arbeitnehmerfragen - European Center for Workers' Affairs).
INTERNATIONAL DAYS OF FOOD AND FOR THE ERADICATION OF POVERTY
World Food Day is celebrated on October 16 and International Day for the Eradication of Poverty on October 17. For this reason, the IPCM-PICM publicly renews its commitment to continue working to improve people's living conditions.
