Lublin: Debate sobre la integración laboral de inmigrantes y refugiados

En Lublin (Polonia) se ha celebrado un seminario europeo sobre migrantes y refugiados. Los participantes analizaron las oportunidades del mercado de trabajo y las experiencias personales.

El seminario se celebró del 12 al 15 de febrero de 2026, con el título de “Supporting Migrants and Refugees in the European Labour Market – Challenges for Workers' Organisations”.

En la apertura, intervinieron Aneta Szczykutowicz, vicepresidenta de PICM, psicóloga y formadora, de EDS-Fundacja Nowy Staw; Agata Dziubińska-Gawlik, presidenta de EDS-FNS; y Piergiorgio Sciacqua, copresidente de EZA y vicepresidente de PICM.

El seminario se desarrolló según el programa . Por parte de la PICM, participaron también dos miembros del Junta Directiva: Ignacio Argote (España) y Vittorino Rodaro (Italia).

La integración de inmigrantes y refugiados, así como el mercado laboral y el papel de las organizaciones de trabajadores, fueron el eje central de las deliberaciones del seminario.

Polonia ha recibido tres millones de refugiados como consecuencia de la guerra de Ucrania. La fundación EDS-FNS organizó un centro de acogida para familias ucranianas, en Nasutow, con apoyo de PICM. Los directivos de la PICM visitaron ese centro en octubre 2022
