THE IPCM, IN DEFENSE OF RIGHT TO THE LIFE

The International Platform for Cooperation and Migration (IPCM) has had knowledge of the will of the Government of Spain of promoting a reform of the legislation on the abortion. The IPCM greets and applauds this brave decision and, for this reason, it wants to publicize the following declaration:

1. The organizations members of the IPCM we are conscious that, in many cases, the abortion is linked to situations of immigration, uprooting and abandonment. For it they work in supporting the persons migrants, in all his extension, and claim to the Public Administrations the major attention to the families, and specially, to the women embarrassed in situations of difficulty.
   
   
2. The International Cooperation for the development must be focused always on the defense of the human rights and. In consequence, from the right to the life, the health and the well-being of all the persons, in any part of the world.
