Lublino: Dibattito sull'integrazione di immigrati e rifugiati nel mercato del lavoro

Un seminario europeo su migranti e rifugiati si è tenuto a Lublino, in Polonia. I partecipanti hanno analizzato le opportunità del mercato del lavoro e condiviso esperienze personali.

Il seminario si è svolto dal 12 al 15 febbraio 2026 e aveva come titolo "Supportare migranti e rifugiati nel mercato del lavoro europeo: sfide per le organizzazioni dei lavoratori".

I discorsi di apertura sono stati tenuti da Aneta Szczykutowicz, Vicepresidente della PICM, psicologa e formatrice presso EDS-Fundacja Nowy Staw; Agata Dziubińska-Gawlik, Presidente dell'EDS-FNS; e Piergiorgio Sciacqua, Co-Presidente di EZA e Vicepresidente della PICM.

Il seminario si è svolto secondo il programma. Hanno partecipato anche due membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione della PICM: Ignacio Argote (Spagna) e Vittorino Rodaro (Italia).

L'integrazione di immigrati e rifugiati, così come il mercato del lavoro e il ruolo delle organizzazioni dei lavoratori, sono stati i temi centrali delle discussioni del seminario.

La Polonia ha accolto tre milioni di rifugiati a seguito della guerra in Ucraina. La Fondazione EDS-FNS ha organizzato un centro di accoglienza per famiglie ucraine a Nasutow, con il supporto della PICM. I funzionari della PICM hanno visitato Nasutow nell'ottobre 2022.
