The IPCM delegation to the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development was composed of the president, the secretary, and the vice-treasurer. They attended the working sessions, where they heard interventions by the presidents and government envoys of numerous countries. They also held meetings with other NGOs and university professors.

The prestigious online newspaper El Debate published an article by the IPCM president on the UN summit held in Seville. Rafael Rodríguez-Ponga emphasizes that “without the UN and without these summits, which serve as points of reflection and meeting, the world would be worse off.”

Seville, Spain, is hosting the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development. This is a United Nations summit bringing together 60 heads of state and government and 200 delegations. IPCM representatives are accredited.
